New from Breville! This Barista grade control offers a control for a variety of coffee grinds. It offers easy to read settings on the side of the hopper to allow you to position the plates to achieve the perfect grind. The slow nature of the grind imparts minimal heat to the beans, preserving more natural bean flavor than blade grinders. The soft-touch rubber precision timer allows you to choose from ten to thurty seconds of grind time.

Capacity
The removable bean hopper holds � a pound of coffee beans.

Conical burrs
The bottom burrs are driven by the motor and the top plate is stationary. The distance you position them apart precisely determines grind size.

Adjustable settings
The easy-to-read settings allow for grind choices from ultra-fine for Turkish coffee to large and coarse for percolators.
